Great location, large rooms and comfortable beds make for a fairly decent stay. Free car park and location within walking distance from town is really convenient. the warm welcome from the receptionist was a nice touch.

The lack of cleanliness in the room was a deal breaker. Dusty places, a squashy bathroom floor, and used towel didn't show much attention to detail.

The quality of food at the nearby Toby Carvery wasn't anything to write home about.

That there was no air conditioning in the rooms. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable as the temperature was quite high.
